Homeowner Association (the HOA)

CONDOConcepts communities offer a hassle-free, maintenance-free lifestyle so that homeowners can spend their free time doing the things they enjoy...not the chores they dread. The Homeowner Association manages the care of the yard work and outside maintenance. Monthly HOA dues pay for additonal items such as trash removal, exterior building maintenance, care of the Resident's club, swimming pool and other amenities, where applicable, as well as the Hazard insurance policy on all building structures.  A portion of the monthly HOA dues are allocated to a reserve fund for future community improvements.
