CONDOConcepts WARRANTY SERVICE INFORMATION
Our warranty department has expanded, and we have provided new contact information at the bottom of the page. From the time of closing on your new condominium home, your condominium home is warranted for a period of one year. Additional manufacturer warranties may be available. Refer to the manuals left in your new home for warranty and registration information. During the one-year warranty period, you should fax or e-mail all requests for non-emergency warranty service to our Warranty Department at the number and websit e listed below. You can submit an online warranty service request by visiting our website www.condoconcepts.info and clicking on the warranty tab.
We ask that all requests be in writing so that we can observe possible trends and so that we can keep a record of all warranty repairs that we have completed in your home. If you do not have a fax machine please stop by the on site sales office for assistance with sending your warranty request. We will make every effort to call you back on non-emergency requests within one business day of receipt.
Please note that any GE appliance warranty request must be handled directly through the manufacturer. You may contact them by calling 1-800-GE-CARES (1-800-432-2737). Appliances must be registered with GE prior to submitting a warranty request. If your appliances are a SEARS brand other than GE, please contact SEARS Commercial Division at 910.487.7400.
Upon submitting a warranty service request, our office will initiate the routine service call and you will then be contacted in order to coordinate scheduling. Someone must he home during the service call as our insurance carrier will not allow us to possess your house keys or to take on the responsibility for letting anyone into your home. Unless the repair is an emergency situation, service calls are normally responded to between 8:30am and 5pm. Our warranty office will initiate the service call with the appropriate vendor, who will then contact you to coordinate scheduling.
If you have an emergency situation, it is imperative that you take steps necessary to resolve that matter immediately. In the event of an emergency during normal business hours, please call our warranty department at (910) 486-4864. Please contact CONDOConcepts Warranty Department the first business day following an after-hours emergency. If the emergency involves electrical or fire hazards, please contact Little & Young Property Management at 910.484.5400 after contacting the appropriate emergency response team, (i.e. Firemen or Ambulance), if it is necessary.
Should you experience a leak or water issue, please immediately shut off the water at the tub, shower, sink, or at the main water supply valve in your home. If you have an electrical issue, please check GFCI reset buttons, circuit breakers. and product manuals prior to requesting service, as service calls with no need for repair or replacement may be subject to direct charges to the homeowner.
Thank you for placing your trust in us and for choosing CONDOConcepts. Please contact us if you have questions or need additional information about your new home warranty.
